The GADEC has three workgroups, including: Data Collection, Evaluation, Research and Protocol, Building Local Alliances and Public Awareness.

Throughout the year, the GADEC hosts a number of trainings and workshops. Currently, the GADEC is wrapping up the 2007 GADEC Regional “Drug Endangered Children Teams" Informational Workshops.
